DPM recently completed project controls management and scheduling services for Matrix Service Inc., on the construction of the first alkylation unit in the US, designed to use ionic liquids. 

The unit, which will replace an existing HF alkylation unit, will rely on the ISOALKYTM Technology developed by Chevron USA Inc. and licensed by Honeywell UOP, to produce high-octane, cleaner burning fuels. Services were provided to MSI from November 2018 thru December 2020, the unit is expected to become fully operational in 2021.

Power Facility Front End Engineering Preparation for EPC of 4 x 1000 MW Combined Cycle power facilities throughout Mexico.

- Development of Proposals, TIC Cost distribution, Project Scope, Principle Equipment listing 

- Assist in the development of MSA and Work order agreements

Coordination of Engineering activities for:

- Frontend Permitting requirement schedule of activities (DOR)

- Layout, High Tension interconnection, Gas and water at site 

- Site visits, first hand review / site walk downs / trip reports

December 2020, agreement completed with CTCIA in Houston, providing PCM services as needed. additionally, we will be searching for entry through senior-level estimators,  project controls cost and schedule staffing to join the clients team in the very near future.
